Services
The Artist provides tattoo services, educational sessions, and photographic works. All services are offered on an individual basis and may be subject to availability, project suitability, and artistic direction.
Booking & Requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. Each inquiry is reviewed individually to determine whether the project is a suitable fit.
- All bookings are confirmed only after approval of the concept and project details
- Details provided must be accurate and complete
- The Artist reserves the right to decline any request
To be properly reviewed, requests should include a clear description of the idea, reference images, a photo of the placement area, and valid contact details.
Designs are not prepared in advance. The concept is developed together with the client at the beginning of the first session. For larger or more complex projects, the first session may be dedicated fully or partially to design development.
Payments & Deposits
A deposit is required to secure an appointment and confirm your commitment to the booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Payments are due immediately at the end of each session
- Accepted payment methods are cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle
The deposit is applied according to the agreed project structure. Projects may require multiple sessions depending on size, placement, and complexity.
Rescheduling requires advance notice. Late changes may result in loss of deposit. Only one reschedule per booking may be permitted.
Appointments
Sessions are scheduled individually and require proper preparation.
- Appointments are confirmed only after agreement on project details
- Only the client is permitted during the session
- Clients must arrive on time and prepared
- Failure to attend may result in cancellation and loss of deposit
Clients are expected to prepare properly before the session, including rest, nutrition, and appropriate clothing for the tattoo placement.
If a client is late without prior notice, the session may be canceled.
Age Requirement (18+)
All tattoo services are strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older. By submitting a request or attending a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement and may be asked to provide valid identification.
Risk Disclaimer
Tattooing involves certain risks, including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reactions, infection, and variations in healing or final appearance. By proceeding with a tattoo, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for your decision.
Results may vary depending on skin type, placement, aftercare, and other individual factors. No guarantees are made regarding exact outcomes.
Health Responsibility
Clients are responsible for informing the Artist about any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to the session.
- Do not attend sessions if feeling unwell
- Inform the Artist in advance about any health concerns
- Follow all provided aftercare instructions
If visible symptoms of illness are present, the session may be postponed for safety reasons.
Photography & Content
The Artist may photograph completed work for portfolio, website, and promotional use unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- No personal identification will be used without consent where applicable
- Images remain the intellectual property of the Artist
Intellectual Property
All designs, artworks, photographs, and content created by the Artist remain the intellectual property of Alex Bakurov unless otherwise agreed.
- Designs may not be copied or reproduced without permission
- Use of any content requires prior approval
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Artist is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services. Outcomes depend on multiple factors including individual skin characteristics and aftercare.

You agree to use this website responsibly and not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or misuse the website or its content.
Changes
