How to book a session

Each project is approached individually, with full attention given to concept, placement, and long-term quality. Before submitting a request, please read through the information below — it covers everything you need to know about the process, pricing, and studio guidelines. Important information

Design Process

Every project begins with a detailed request. Please describe your idea clearly, including concept, references, and placement on the body.

  • Provide a clear description of your idea
  • Attach reference images for direction
  • Send a photo of the placement area

Each request is reviewed individually to determine if the project is a suitable fit.

The tattoo design is not prepared in advance. At the beginning of your first session, the concept is discussed and developed together. The initial design is created with your direct input, allowing real-time adjustments and refinements.

  • Initial design development usually takes 1–2 hours
  • This time is part of the session

For larger or more complex projects, the first session may be dedicated entirely to design development.

  • Complex projects may require a full design session
  • Design time is treated as a regular session
Pricing & Deposit

All tattoo sessions are charged at a fixed rate of $2,000 per session. A standard session usually lasts around 5 hours, depending on the project.

  • Small projects: 1–3 sessions
  • Medium projects, such as half sleeve or chest panel: 4–7 sessions
  • Large projects, such as full sleeve, back piece, front panel, or leg sleeve: 8–15 sessions

A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your appointment. For larger projects that require multiple sessions, the deposit is applied toward the final session.

  • Session rate: $2,000
  • Deposit: $300
  • Payment is due after each session
  • Accepted methods: cash, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle
  • Bank cards are not accepted

The total number of sessions depends on the size, placement, and complexity of the project. The timeline is discussed individually.

  • Priority booking may be available at an adjusted rate
  • Large-scale projects should be completed within a reasonable period of time
  • Long gaps between sessions may affect project conditions
  • One reschedule may be allowed with advance notice

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Rescheduling requires advance notice. Late changes may result in loss of deposit.

Booking & Studio Guidelines

Appointments are scheduled only after the request is reviewed and accepted. The tattoo design is finalized together during the first session.

  • Arrive on time and prepared
  • Only the client is allowed during the session
  • Guests and visitors are not permitted

To ensure the best result, please follow preparation guidelines:

  • Avoid alcohol before the session
  • Get proper rest
  • Eat before your appointment
  • Prepare the skin in advance if needed
  • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the placement

If you are late or unable to attend, notify in advance. Missed appointments may result in loss of deposit.

Health Concerns & Conditions

Please inform the artist in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or other factors that may affect the session or healing process.

If you feel unwell or have recently been exposed to illness, notify in advance so the session can be rescheduled if necessary.

  • Disclose relevant health concerns before the appointment
  • Do not attend the session if you are feeling sick
  • Follow all preparation and aftercare guidance carefully

A consent form may be required prior to the appointment. If visible symptoms of illness are present upon arrival, the session may be postponed for safety reasons.

Incomplete requests may not be reviewed.

Due to a high volume of inquiries, response times may vary. Each request is considered carefully, and replies are sent as soon as possible.
